We are excited to announce that this year’s golf tournament will be held on Friday, October 16th at Coyote Creek! Sign-ups will go live in just a few days (our goal is this Wednesday or Thursday at the latest), so keep an eye on your inbox.

Ahead of the launch, we have a few important updates for this year’s event:

🤝 Course Sponsorships Available To help offset rising course fees at Coyote Creek without passing those costs onto our players, we are opening up a limited number of hole sponsorships for $2,500. Since we have a fantastic turnout from the construction industry, a few distributors and companies have reached out to connect with our players. Rest assured, there will be absolutely no sales pitches or aggressive marketing—just great companies handing out fun giveaways. If your company is interested in hosting a hole, please reach out to me directly!

📋 Non-Profit Name Update Heads up: our non-profit is officially parting ways with the Morgan Hill Police Department and the Morgan Hill Police Officers Association. There are zero hard feelings on either side, but we are currently wading through the joy of IRS paperwork to officially drop "Morgan Hill" from our name. I think we all agree it is better to separate business from pleasure. 

🍻 A Quick Note on Pace of Play (and Drinks) Speaking of separating business from pleasure: when alcohol is involved, things can get a little too festive. We love a good time, but we also deeply value our long-standing partnership with Coyote Creek. Let’s keep it fun, keep it respectful, and make sure everyone gets home safely.

🐾 Our 2026 Beneficiary: Canine Companions We are thrilled to announce that this year's tournament will benefit Canine Companions, specifically their children's program! Our goal is to raise enough funds to fully sponsor a service dog for a child in need. These incredible dogs cost between $15,000 and $20,000 to train and place, so let’s rally together and make it happen!
